Terms and Conditions:
The item(s) you rent will meet your criteria, as outlined on the this page, and will be based on our available rental inventory. When renting any equipment from MicroSearch you are required to meet the following terms and conditions:
- Equipment will at all times remain the property of MicroSearch Inc.
- Renter has examined the equipment upon receiving and found it in good condition.
- Renter will call 713.988.2818 immediately to report any equipment not functioning normally.
- Renter returns the equipment in the condition they received it, normal wear and tear expected.
- Rental charges are based on the length of time equipment is in renter's possession, whether in use or not.
- The renter pays all shipping costs.
- A 25% cancellation service charge of the total bill amount will be charged for any cancelled rental order that has already been shipped. Rental customer must pay for return shipping.
- Renter is responsible for all damages and if any items are lost or stolen.
- Prices and items are subject to change without notice.
